Cafe Pomodoro is another one of those little cafe's in central London nearby Carnaby Street, offering all manner of tasty things from cakes to sandwiches. The problem with most of these places is that, after a while, they get a little "samey".
You can eat in or take away, I've only ever bought food to go and I can tell you most of the sandwiches and lunch time snacks are mediocre, there are better places around the corner on Carnaby Street.

Meh - I hate that this place is so close to my office. It's just too convenient! They're not the nicest staff, and really all look like they hate their jobs. Quick and easy lunch menu. They get you in and out very quickly. Their portions are huge for the price. Ok food, nothing great. Will probably go back only for convenience, but not for the quality of the food.
